About me
Nadia Johnson draws on over two decades of experience in education, leadership, and organizational culture to help educational institutions and non-profits meet their strategic goals. Her work is grounded in the foundational beliefs that meaningful change happens at the systemic level and a collective approach that harnesses the strengths of each individual produces amplified processes and outcomes. Nadia’s work as a facilitator and coach attends to the intersection of value alignment, equitable pathways, and a culture of wellness that leads to transformational change. Nadia has held senior leadership positions at Providence Day School in Charlotte, NC, and Castilleja in Palo Alto, CA. She is the founder of Small Axe Educational Consulting LLC.
