About me
Michael Magno has served as associate head of school at Providence Day School since 2024 and was assistant head of school for academic affairs for five years prior. In this role, he has overseen key aspects of the school’s bold strategic plan, 2030 & Beyond, in addition to leading all aspects of the school’s TK through 12th-grade programs and curriculum.
Magno received his undergraduate degree from DePaul University, with a double major in Psychology and Biology and a minor in Communication. He holds a Masters Degree in Education from Montana State-Bozeman, specializing in Performance Assessments. Magno will receive his Ed.D. in Learning, Leading, and Organizations from Vanderbilt University in May 2026.
