Kristen is a seasoned independent school administrator and progressive educator with more than 23 years of experience and expertise in innovation, curriculum, change management and coaching. She is currently the associate head of school at Durham Academy in Durham, NC. Her interests include community engaged learning and empowering kids to solve real problems in the real world. Kristen is also a Board Certified Coach and loves working with other leaders to level up their skills to create thriving and sustainable communities.
